Trisha’s primary area of practice lies in intellectual property, where she possesses extensive experience in various domains. This includes in-depth knowledge of patent registration, industrial design protection, and a successful track record of managing trademark registration cases. Additionally, Trisha provides assistance and advice on dispute resolution matters, including debt recovery, landlord and tenant disputes, and insurance claims. Prior to joining Gan Partnership, she was attached to a law firm that offered comprehensive conveyancing services, where she was tasked with drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, property transfers, and other legal matters.

Trisha holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons.) degree from Multimedia University Malaysia and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2020. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, she is adept at providing advice to clients from diverse backgrounds.
