She works closely with clients to develop strategies that minimize the risk of disputes, helping to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation. Tasha has represented clients in a wide range of complex disputes, including shareholder conflicts, disputes involving Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs), as well as issues related to highways, property development, professional negligence, mixed-use developments, piling and post-tensioning works, the supply of telecommunications equipment and services, and railway projects.

Tasha has represented clients across all levels of Malaysian courts and has significant experience in arbitration and adjudication matters. Prior to joining Gan Partnership, she was part of the construction team at a prominent law firm and also served as a Research Assistant focusing on ASEAN Environmental and Energy Law.
