Yuen Wah was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2015. She has always been passionate about knowledge sharing and legal research. Having an insatiable appetite for knowledge, she enjoys researching emerging legal issues and sharing knowledge through her research and publications. At Gan Partnership, Yuen Wah is the Knowledge Manager who spearheads the knowledge management initiatives and takes charge of practice development.
Yuen Wah has been appointed as part of a consultancy team engaged by a ministry for the development of a Bill upon the completion of her Master of Laws. She works closely with the editorial team of a law review and volunteers at a community engagement committee of a leading medical university in Malaysia.
Prior to joining Gan Partnership, she spent several years in the knowledge management, research and training department led by the one of the pioneers of legal knowledge management in Malaysia. She authored various articles on the latest legal developments for legal newsletter and conducted trainings for pupils. In line with her academic inclination, she tutored classes at the University of Malaya on a part time basis before she taught the Certificate in Legal Practice programme at a private college as a full time lecturer.
